An approved Quality Management Plan should include the Principal Contractor’s commitment to Quality (Quality Policy), objectives, training, risk management process, subcontractors and supplier management, plans for continuous improvement and performance monitoring.

A QMS Plan’s purpose is to assist Principal Contractors to manage their contractual Quality obligations. The Principal Contractor for a project may be required to prepare a documented Quality Assurance management plan for the workplace before work on the project commences.

An approved HSEQ Management Plan will typically address Quality and Environmental requirements in addition to WHS. Quality requirements include the Principal Contractor’s QMS policies, Quality  objectives, consideration for: Inspection and Test Plans (ITP), Performance Evaluations, Customer Feedback (through surveys) and other Quality factors specific to the project as outlined by the customer.

We prepare tailored Quality Management Plans, with 100% Acceptance Guarantee.
